What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, session tokens and request identifiers. Their purpose depends on how a website or service is configured.
Necessary website and account storage
The authenticated account uses secure, host-only session and request-protection cookies so an authorized user can register, sign in, connect a Shopify store and use features enabled for an approved program. These cookies are not used for cross-site advertising.
The cookie notice stores an acknowledgment in browser local storage under a versioned preference key. Removing that record causes the notice to appear again. Acknowledging the notice does not activate analytics or advertising cookies.
Network and security mechanisms
The website is delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes technical requests to route and cache content, maintain availability, apply rate limits and help identify malicious or automated traffic. A security feature or challenge may set a strictly necessary cookie or similar token.
The exact name and duration of a security mechanism can vary with the feature triggered and the security event encountered. These mechanisms are not used by the site to establish rebate eligibility, calculate value or build advertising audiences.
Shopify, verification and card services
When you move from this website to Shopify, iComply or a card service provider, that service may use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms and privacy notice. Those technologies are controlled by the relevant service and are not converted into advertising cookies for this website.
iComply supplies the verification flow. Its storage does not mean that a business or person has been approved for a rebate program, and iComply is not the issuer of a virtual card.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you inspect, block and delete cookies and local-storage records. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent registration, sign-in, Shopify connection, verification or protected requests from completing, or may cause repeated security checks.
Following a link to an external service may open a separate website or application. Storage used by that service is governed by its own settings and notices.
Changes and contact
We will update this notice before introducing optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookie categories through the site code. The effective date identifies the current published version.
