Operator and scope
Trinity Payment Solutions operates rebatecardsx.com and the Rebate Cards platform. In these terms, "Rebate Cards", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Trinity Payment Solutions only in that operating capacity.
These terms do not replace an approved program agreement, merchant responsibilities, customer-facing terms, Shopify terms, verification terms, cardholder agreement or provider privacy notice. If service-specific documents conflict with general website content, the service-specific documents control for that service.
Business access and staged activation
The website and account are intended for authorized representatives of businesses. Registration and Shopify store connection begin an evaluation process. They do not approve a program, create a customer rebate, open a financial account or require a provider to issue a virtual card.
Self-service capabilities are enabled gradually after required information is supplied, verification through iComply is completed, the proposed program is approved and any responsible service provider has granted the necessary access. Features may remain unavailable, limited or subject to additional conditions until those steps are complete.
Shopify connection
Shopify is the native account and commerce integration. You must have authority to connect the store, grant the requested permissions and provide program-relevant order, customer, fulfillment and refund data. You remain responsible for your Shopify account, store configuration, customer notices and lawful use of that data.
You must not misrepresent orders, fulfillment, cancellations, returns or refunds, interfere with webhook delivery or use a Shopify connection for a store you are not authorized to manage. Changes to access, data quality or Shopify availability may affect eligibility calculations, issuance and reconciliation.
Other e-commerce platforms
WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, PrestaShop, OpenCart, marketplaces, and custom or headless commerce are evaluated separately. References to those platforms describe possible integration review, not automatic availability or feature parity with Shopify.
No alternative connection is active until technical sources, authentication, order and refund events, customer identity, currencies, operational responsibilities and commercial terms have been reviewed and approved in writing.
Merchant program responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for the commercial objective, eligible audience, funding source, qualifying activity, formula, thresholds, caps, timing, customer disclosures, refund treatment, support process and any required legal or tax review for its program. Program rules must be accurate, transparent and consistent with applicable law and approved service terms.
The merchant must maintain sufficient approved funding and promptly address returns, cancellations, chargebacks, duplicate activity, data corrections and other events that can change a rebate calculation. Adjustments or reversals may be required where value was calculated or issued from incomplete, inaccurate or later-reversed commerce activity.
Eligibility, calculation and issuance
A purchase qualifies only when it satisfies the approved program rules and the required commerce events are available. A displayed estimate, pending calculation or preliminary eligibility status is not a promise that value will be approved or issued.
Approved rebate value may be issued on a virtual card through the responsible card provider. Issuance, activation, available value, permitted use, expiration, transaction approval, suspension and closure remain subject to the issuer, payment network, program, jurisdiction, cardholder terms and card limits. No particular merchant acceptance or transaction outcome is guaranteed.
Verification and service providers
iComply provides the business and identity verification flow used for required checks. It does not issue virtual cards, operate a payment network or determine the merchant's rebate formula. Verification completion does not guarantee program or card approval.
Shopify, verification providers, card issuers, payment networks, program providers and processors may apply their own eligibility, use, security, data and service terms. Their decisions and responsibilities are governed by the documents applicable to the approved arrangement.
Acceptable use and account security
You must use the website and platform lawfully, provide accurate information, protect credentials, restrict access to authorized personnel and notify us of suspected compromise. You must not evade controls, submit fraudulent activity, manipulate program events, probe restricted systems, introduce malicious code or use automated requests in a way that degrades the service.
Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, security keys, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive data through the public contact form or ordinary email. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, program funds or the service.
Information, availability and liability
Public website content is general information, not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and not an offer or approval. Obtain advice appropriate to your organization, customers, markets and program design.
We aim to keep the service useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free third-party services, approval, issuance, savings, customer behavior or a particular commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by treating general content or a preliminary platform status as a binding program or card term. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory right or liability that law does not permit to be limited.
Content, changes and contact
The text, design, graphics, brand elements and code on rebatecardsx.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may make a reasonable internal copy for a genuine business evaluation, but may not republish, sell or use the content or Rebate Cards branding in a way that implies unauthorized endorsement, issuing status or regulatory authority.
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Email hello@rebatecardsx.com with a question about these terms.
